ART FLAGEY is a specialized art dealership in Berlin, founded in 2017 by Ursula Bausch.
Our focus is on high-quality oil paintings by European artists, particularly Belgian painters, from the early 20th century.
In addition, we offer a selection of antiques from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods, as well as more recent design objects for collectors and enthusiasts.

Paintings by Belgian artists from the first half of the 20th century form a central part of our program. Portraits, interiors, landscapes, and nudes are recurring themes in our collection.
Belgian art is less well-known in this country. There are the big names like Ensor, Émile Claus, and Constant Permeke, to name just a few. But Belgium, as a relatively small country, boasts a wealth of excellent painters who are less familiar and just waiting to be discovered.
Our antiques, including silverware, glass objects, lighting, and ceramics from around 1900 to 1925, originate primarily from Germany, France, Belgium, and Bohemia.
Design pieces from the 1950s to the 1980s complement our selection.

ART FLAGEY presents three beautiful Art Deco lamps by David Guéron, one of the most renowned Art Deco glassmakers.
The lamps represent David Guéron's entire creative period between 1926 and the 1930s.
The small table lamp was created during Guéron's early period.
It still consists of a wrought iron base, and the lampshade is artfully decorated with a floral motif.
The two pairs of wall lamps illustrate Guéron's development particularly well.
They demonstrate how the design has evolved over the years from a more playful, ornate form to a more austere, geometric shape with simpler crystal glass.
All lamps bear the brand name Degué, which is phonetically derived from the initials "D" for David and "G" for Guéron.
Guéron's Art Deco lamps, with their stylized and geometric shapes and high-quality crystal glass, are not only functional but also highly artistic and decorative.
Degué lamps remain popular with Art Deco enthusiasts today, as they exemplify the elegant design, outstanding quality, and precise craftsmanship of the Art Deo era.
