Clémence HANAPPE (1869 - 1955) lived in La Hestre near Mariemont in Hainaut.
Little is known about the career of the Belgian painter. Her work consists mainly of still lifes of flowers and views of greenhouses.
Exhibitions in Brussels in 1907 in the Exposition générale des Beaux-Arts, and in 1909 in the Salon de printemps are documented.
